Shipping Information:
1. After confirmation of your order by the paypal (usually takes a few minutes after payment) your order goes into status "pending".
2. We will set up your hosting and send you an activation e-mail to your account e-mail address. Your order goes into status "delivered".
3. The time between the confirmation of the order and delivery to your email may takes 24 hours.
4. If you have 12 months hosting order (or above) please contact us with information about the templates which you want and information about your current hosting (we need it to move your store).
Returns Information:
1. Because the specifics of our services we do not provide the return of goods after they have already been sent.
2. If the customer surrenders its order before we send the template/s, then get back the entire amount as a refund.
